Fadeaway Farms, is located on 100 acreas of fields, trails, and woods. We have had a theme for this farm for some time now at least the last 30 years or so. "Old Soldiers Never Die, They Just Fade Away." I consider all the animals here, (esp. The horses) To be Old Soldiers that will never die, at least in my heart.
I believe that when someone or something that you cared about dies, that it really in your heart never dies, but in you thoughts you slowly start to forget the features of that person or animal, the way it acted, all the things you did. I think that Fadeaway Farms has a proper name to suit the animals and people. Due to the now owner of the farm being a 3 War Vetern, my grandfather.
I think that the horses in the wars were just as much soldiers as the people were, I believe this because they fought along side and died for the wars, during and after. Well I kinda got off track now going back to the Farm. As of right now we have 1 Appaloosa Stallion my boy. 5 German Shepherds, which we do breed depending on if we would like a litter.
1 Large German shepherd Mix, my dog he is the sweetest thing I will have to get pictures up. 1 small toy poodle/border terrier, my sisters. 1 Dwarf Rabbit, 1 parkeet, 4 fish, and 1 cat. All the animals are mine except the 5 german shepherds and the toy poodle mix. I have a lot of animals. The rest belong to my family. I am planning to set up a german shepherd for sale page to for the breedings and such. I havn't gotten a chance to buy another rabbit for breeding yet.
At the farm we have about 2-5 streams, 1 pond, and about 4 trails. We have three houses at the farm. And 1 barn. I think that is pretty much all about the farm for right now at least.
